WHAT DO I DO TO GET SUCH A SLIM BODY?
In fact, Jennifer follows no specific diet — it’s all about a balanced meal plan and regular exercise.
We know for certain though that the actress tries to avoid white foods:
- French loaf
- White rice
- Pasta etc.
But there are some exceptions:
- Egg white
- White chicken meat
- Yoghurt and milk

- All kinds of sweets, including yoghurt and ice cream
- Burgers and other fast food
- Cream soup
- Cheese and butter
- Common beans

AN EXAMPLE OF THE MENU
So, what does Jennifer eat? She focuses on such foods as:
- Vegetables, greens, fruit, berries
- Whole wheat bread
- Lentils and brown rice
- Low-fat meat, poultry, and fish
- Honey and stevia (instead of sugar)
You can eat all non-prohibited foods as much as you want, but keep to the traditional meal schedule: 3 main meals and 2 snacks.
