Nowadays, many people see model Kate Moss as perfection incarnate. She is beautiful, stylish, and almost too slim, and she keeps both journalists and fans wondering: what one should eat to look this fantastic?

 

HOW DOES SHE DO IT?

Kate Moss says she’s so slim because her working day is too busy. Just imagine: when do you have a meal if your day’s schedule is packed with fashion shows, photo shoots, and interviews? But even outside her work, the model doesn’t indulge herself — she eats only low-fat food and sugar-free products. Of course, to keep her figure trim Moss regularly exercises and practices yoga.

WHAT DOES THE STAR EAT?

Only once Kate Moss went up 2 dress sizes, albeit solely to arrange her private life. The model didn’t like such tempting forms and decided to restart her diet.

Kate’s dieting regime includes the following:

  1. Egg white
  2. Vegetables and fruit
  3. Low-fat meat and dairy products

The model thinks that a self-respecting woman that appreciates her body will never eat pizza and burgers. Also, she doesn’t eat after 6 p.m. But if during the day she feels hungry, she suppresses her appetite with ice water.

The model’s menu looks like this:

FASTING DAY

Kate Moss regularly sets up the days of limited food intake, when she eats fruit and vegetables. Here’s an example of her “fruit day”:

 

7 a.m. 9 a.m. 11 a.m. 1 p.m. 3 p.m. 5 p.m.
 FRUIT DAY 1 orange; 1 bran bread toast; green tea, no sugar 1 big apple 1 sandwich (hard cheese (30 g) and 1 fried slice of bran bread); fruit; green tea, no sugar 1 bran bread toast; fruit salad; green tea, no sugar fruit salad; non-sweet juice plain water

 

And a “vegetable day” looks like this:

 

MORNING DINNER EVENING
 VEGETABLE DAY 1 toast; natural coffee with milk (no sugar) steamed vegetables (200 g); green leaf lettuce; 2 unpeeled boiled potatoes 1 toast with green vegetable salad

Throughout the day and after 6 p.m., drink a lot of plain water.

 

Before starting to follow this diet, consult a nutrition specialist. The thing is that this diet can cause anaemia (haemoglobin drop), so you should prevent it by taking anti-anaemic drugs.
