When you look at Megan Fox, you’d hardly think that this slim beauty has already given a birth to a son. The thing is that the star knows how to get the body in shape and shed weight. Her secret is simple: combining an active lifestyle with a special diet.
HOW DOES SHE DO IT?
In additions to doing exercises recommended by her personal trainer, Megan is always very active and keeps a healthy diet. But she confesses that to lose weight quickly, she resorted to apple cider vinegar—the actress added 1 teaspoon of vinegar to a glass of pure water and drank this mixture every morning before breakfast.
This diet is not for the people with gastrointestinal diseases and digestive system problems. Vinegar is considered an aggressive substance, so you must consult a doctor before starting to take it.

SO, WHAT DOES MEGAN FOX EAT?
Her eating plan is based on the “famous four”: fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables. Eating these foods correctly, you can lose up to 3.5 kg within a month without much effort.
But you keep in mind that the following foods are “temporarily forbidden”:
- Pasta, bread
- All dairy products
- Cereal flakes
- All kinds of sweets
- Juice containing sugar
- High-fat meat
- Very salty foods
However, you don’t have to stop eating all these at once—during the first week you can consume them but not more than three times a week. In the second week, limit yourself to 2, and in the third—just to 1 product from this list. Remember, this is not a rigid diet, so sometimes you can relax and have a cheat meal. But don’t get carried away!
You still can eat chicken, veal, sea food, beef, eggs, and fish though. Megan Fox’s eating plan always includes walnuts and other nut varieties, linseed and olive oil. If you need to lose a lot of weight, avoid very sweet fruits like grapes.
